  • We offer free shipping across India for prepaid orders. Post-paid (COD) orders, the total order value would need to be more than Rs. 500.
  • Items will be shipped within 24 hours and delivery will take up to days depending on the delivery address.

 

Exchanges & returns

Due to the nature of the products being for personal hygiene, the products cannot be returned. However, in case of any challenges of the below mentioned scenarios, you can reach out to us directly at care@primaworld.in Exchanges and returns are only allowed in the following unlikely cases :

  • Packets that are torn or not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
  • Products have expired by the time of delivery.

Proof of bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange. Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.

Cancellation

An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped by us.
If request for cancellation is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
Prima World reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.

Refund

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at care@primaworld.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at care@primaworld.in. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Due to the nature of the products being for personal hygiene, the products cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
